Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.

We believe that choosing a fragrance is a deeply personal experience. If for any reason your Al Mashaaer purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Returns

30-Day Return Window
You may return any Al Mashaaer product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Conditions:

• Products must be unused and in original, sealed packaging with all components intact (box, bottle, cap, documentation).
• Opened or partially used products are not eligible for a monetary refund but may be exchanged (see below).
• Discovery sets and sample items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Gift sets must be returned complete — partial returns of gift set components are not accepted.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our team at support@almashaaer.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours (complimentary for US orders; international customers are responsible for return shipping costs).
3. Package the product securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship using the provided label and share the tracking number with us.
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We understand that fragrance is subjective. If you have opened a bottle and find that the scent is not right for you, we are happy to offer an exchange.

• Opened products may be exchanged for a different fragrance or size within 30 days of delivery.
• The replacement fragrance must be of equal or greater value (you may pay the difference).
• Each order is eligible for one exchange.
• We recommend exploring our discovery sets before selecting your exchange — they may help guide you to a fragrance you will love.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us immediately at support@almashaaer.com with photos of the damage.
• We will ship a complimentary replacement within 48 hours — no need to return the damaged item.
• As a gesture of our appreciation for your patience, we will include a complimentary discovery sample with your replacement order.

Gift Returns

If you received an Al Mashaaer product as a gift:

• You may return or exchange it within 30 days of the original delivery date.
• Gift returns are issued as Al Mashaaer store credit (not refunded to the original purchaser's payment method).
• Contact us at support@almashaaer.com — we will handle the process with discretion.

International Orders

• Return shipping for international orders is at the customer's expense.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot process refunds for returns lost in transit.
• Customs duties or taxes paid at import are non-refundable (these are collected by your country's customs authority, not by Al Mashaaer).

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• Discovery sets and individual samples
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Products not purchased directly from almashaaer.com or an authorized retailer
