At Al Mashaaer, we are committed to delivering your luxury fragrances safely, efficiently, and in pristine condition. Please review our shipping terms below.

Shipping Origin & Handling

All orders are carefully handled, packaged, and dispatched directly from our central warehouse. Orders are processed and handed to our logistics partners from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and official public holidays).

Complimentary Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We are pleased to offer Complimentary Shipping on all orders.

• Major Metropolitan Areas: 3 to 4 business days.
• Regional & Rural Destinations: 5 to 7 business days.

*Note on Perfume Shipments: Due to safety and transportation regulations regarding liquid fragrances, all shipments are delivered via specialized Ground Transportation.

Order Tracking & Courier Delays

Once your order dispatches, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. While we partner with premium carriers to ensure timely delivery, Al Mashaaer is not liable for unexpected transit delays caused by severe weather, customs holds, or third-party courier disruptions.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We take immense pride in our packaging, but in the rare event your order arrives compromised:

1. Damaged Goods or Incorrect Items: Please contact our Concierge Team within 48 hours of delivery at support@almashaaer.com. Please include your order number and clear photo or video proof of the damaged box/product or incorrect item received.
2. Missing Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can verify with our warehouse and ship your missing piece immediately.

Upon review, our team will arrange a prompt replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address at checkout. Al Mashaaer is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misrouted packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information entered during checkout.

Cross-Border Shipping & Customs (For International Delivery)

For shipments delivered outside of our primary dispatch country (including cross-border shipments between the US and Canada), orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.

• Duties & Taxes: These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are determined by your local customs authority.
• We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an international order to estimate potential import fees.
